1. Who we are
Anchor Delivery 'n Services, legal entity Maria Skylogiannis, Πατριάρχου Ιωακείμ 86, 18539 Πειραιάς, Greece. We are the data controller for the information described here. Contact us at ino@anchordns.gr.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide directly (name, email, phone, ship and shipping company details, nationality, pickup and delivery addresses) and operational data created by using the service (parcel records, photographs of received packages, weights and dimensions, delivery confirmations, customs declarations, and customer service messages).
For pharmacy courier quotes we also collect business name, business type, tax number (AFM) where you provide one, and a description of what needs to move.
3. How we use it
To match incoming packages to the right member, to clear customs on your behalf, to plan and complete deliveries, to send you status updates by email and WhatsApp, to issue invoices, and to answer your questions. We process this data to perform our contract with you and to meet legal obligations such as customs and tax record keeping.
Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in, and you can withdraw that consent at any time from your account settings.
4. Who we share it with
Greek customs authorities where a shipment requires declaration, our payment processor for card transactions, and our email delivery provider. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
5. Data retention
Parcel and delivery records are kept for as long as Greek tax and customs law requires. Account details are kept while your account is active. If you close your account we remove your profile, retaining only what we are legally obliged to keep.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction of anything inaccurate, deletion where we have no legal reason to keep it, restriction of processing, and a portable copy. Email ino@anchordns.gr and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
