Terms of Service

1. The service

We provide a Piraeus mailing address for members, receive and store packages sent to it, handle customs, and deliver to your vessel. We also sell eSIM and SIM products, and operate a pharmacy product courier across Attica. Membership is free; delivery is charged per job.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate, particularly your ship and contact information, since we plan deliveries from them. Include your member code on every package you have sent to us. Packages arriving without a code may be delayed while we identify the owner.

3. What we will not carry

We do not accept illegal goods, weapons, live animals, perishable food, cash or negotiable instruments, or anything prohibited by Greek customs or by the carrier delivering to us. The pharmacy courier carries pharmacy products only. We may refuse or return anything that falls outside this.

4. Pricing and payment

Delivery is quoted per job by weight, dimensions, distance, and urgency, and confirmed before we deliver. Customs duty, where owed, is shown separately and added to your total. Nothing is charged until you accept the price. Payment is by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank transfer for business accounts. All prices are in EUR.

5. Storage

Storage is free for 60 days from arrival. We will contact you before that period ends. Extensions are usually granted at no cost, especially for crew on long contracts. We reserve the right to return or dispose of packages left substantially beyond the agreed period after written notice.

6. Liability

Shipments are insured to EUR500 per package as standard. Higher cover is available if arranged at quote time. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, port access restrictions, vessel schedule changes, or events outside our reasonable control. Claims must be raised within 14 days of delivery.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel a delivery before the courier collects at no charge. Unactivated eSIMs can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. Activated eSIMs cannot be refunded because the data allowance begins on activation. You may close your account at any time.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law and the courts of Piraeus have jurisdiction. Questions go to ino@anchordns.gr.
