Create your account in under two minutes. We ask for your name, ship, contact details, and language preference. Your personal Piraeus address is generated immediately.
You receive: a unique address with your member code, plus a copyable email-friendly version to send to senders.
Use our address anywhere
Shop on Amazon, AliExpress, eBay, or have family send things from your home country. The address works exactly like a residential address, because it is one.

We receive, photograph, store
When your package arrives, we sign for it, photograph it, log dimensions and weight, and store it in our warehouse. You are notified straight away.
Free storage: up to 60 days. We will always tell you in advance if we need to discuss a longer hold.
We deliver to your ship
Tell us when your ship docks. We confirm the price, handle customs, and deliver everything to your vessel at the agreed time.

How pricing works
Per delivery, by weight and size
We charge per delivery, not per package and not per month. Most shipments cost between EUR15 and EUR40 to handle, including customs. Larger or heavier items are quoted before delivery so you can decide.
You always see the price before you confirm. Nothing is charged until your packages reach your ship.

How do I use your address?
After sign-up, your dashboard shows your full mailing address with your unique member code. Copy it into any online retailer checkout, or send it to family. Always include your code (ANCH-XXXXX) in the address line. It lets us match incoming packages to you instantly.
What if my ship does not dock in Piraeus this trip?
No problem. We hold your packages for up to 60 days at no cost. If your route changes again and you do come through Piraeus, we deliver everything together.
Can I receive packages from anywhere in the world?
Yes. The address works with international and domestic Greek senders alike: Amazon EU, AliExpress, US sellers, family in your home country.
How much does it cost?
Sign-up and storage are free. Clear quotes are confirmed before delivery. Most deliveries cost EUR15-40 depending on weight and dimensions, including customs.
What about customs fees?
Customs handling is part of our service. We file the paperwork and clear the package on your behalf. If a package owes import duty, we tell you the amount in advance and add it to your total.
How long can you hold my packages?
60 days at no charge. If you need longer, contact us and we will usually extend without a fee, especially for crew on long contracts.
Do I need to be a member?
Yes, but membership is free and takes two minutes. The account gives us a way to match your packages, send you status updates, and keep your delivery records accurate.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer for shipping companies. We invoice in EUR with tax-compliant receipts.
